Since the revised Swiss company law came into force on 1 January 2023, a company limited by shares (AG/SA) may hold its general meeting at several venues, in hybrid form or fully virtually if its articles of association allow it (art. 701a to 701f CO). For associations and cooperatives, the articles set the framework. Eventwise covers all these formats.
